shipping and handling
We ship in the us only for now. After your order is placed, there is a processing time of 48-72 business hours. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don’t foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.
We use the us postal service* within the United States with these options:
- Standard 2-3 Business Days $4.95 first class mail
- Express 1-2 Business Days | $9.99 exress mail
* other options such as fedex or ups may be available if the delivery is urgent or for such bulky items where it may be more cost efficient.
order cut-off time is 12:00 pm est. Orders placed after 12:00 pm est will be processed the following business day.
Shipping rates above exclude products that are considered oversized (Large Outerwear and Hats Included). Oversized products are subject to weight and dimensional rate calculations determined by the shipping carrier/service chosen at checkout.
refunds and returns
we will gladly accept a return of unwanted articles within 14 days of the delivery date and issue a refund. all merchandise must be received back in its original form. clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, and must be free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume or other smells. your refund will be issued in the original payment type.
* please note:
- swimwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned
- fill out the return request form prior to any merchandise return
- buyer pays for postage for all return merchandise except damaged or defective
- you can download an unpaid shipping label here
- refunds will be issued within 48 hours to your original form of payment
- it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
we take great care of inspecting articles for quality prior to shipping. if your item is damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days at info@ragsnprints.comwith your order number, and a photo of the defective item and we will be happy to assist you!
